Postnatal Doula Package

- A bespoke package tailored to your individual needs offering flexible support in your home
- An agreed number of hours of support in your home – minimum of 3 hours per day spread over those early weeks, as you need them.

Package of 15 hours support starts from £450 (minimum of 3 hrs per session)

Postnatal Night Support
- Overnight support – Allowing you and your partner to catch up on some much needed sleep and/or provide reassurance and an extra pair of hands. Typically 10pm - 6am.

One to One Birth Preparation Sessions
Designed to support you in completing your birth preferences/plan.
Antenatal education provides you with crucial knowledge on labour, birth and early parenting. It ensures you are well informed, well-prepared and confident about your forthcoming birth and allows you the time and space to consider all the options available to you.
Sessions include: birth physiology, path to birth, comfort measures, pain management, partners support, skin to skin, optimal cord clamping, caesarean birth, induction and postnatal planning.
3 Hour session in the comfort of your own home.
