One to One Birth Preparation Sessions
Designed to support you in completing your birth preferences/plan.
Antenatal education provides you with crucial knowledge on labour, birth and early parenting. It ensures you are well informed, well-prepared and confident about your forthcoming birth and allows you the time and space to consider all the options available to you.
Sessions include: birth physiology, path to birth, comfort measures, pain management, partners support, skin to skin, optimal cord clamping, caesarean birth, induction and postnatal planning.
3 Hour session in the comfort of your own home.

As a mentored doula I am currently offering a 25% discount on my complete birth package, complete birth and postnatal package and postnatal packages of 21 hours or more.
