Birth Support
I will be by your side to provide continuous emotional, practical and informational support to you and your partner during and after the birth of your baby, whether that is at home, in a birthing centre or in your chosen hospital.
My aim is to ensure you feel safe, listened to, empowered and cared for to help you achieve a positive birth experience in line with your birth plan - A B or C.
Postnatal Support
I offer emotional and practical support following the birth of your baby. I can assist with breast feeding/bottle feeding, offer guidance and encouragement on newborn care, run errands, look after baby whilst you rest/sleep or shower, or simply make you a cup of tea and provide a listening ear. Flexibility is key and I am happy to support you with whatever you may need on that particular day.
My aim is to make you feel relaxed and stress free as you adjust to parenthood and enjoy getting to know your new baby.
Birth Pool Hire
Includes: pool, pump to inflate and deflate, pool liner, hose, pool cover, submersible water pump to empty, various tap connectors, thermometer, net.
Please note, if booking a birth doula support package and you wish to birth at home - birth pool hire will be included in the fee.
